Will prop money hold up in a 4K or 8K close-up?
Yes, when it is offset printed on matte stock — that combination keeps colour saturated and fine detail crisp under a modern sensor, without the banding or glare that gives cheap inkjet props away. Every note in this range is printed that way.
Should I order fresh or aged notes for a shoot?
Fresh full-print stacks suit bank scenes, briefcase reveals and anything implying new money; aged notes suit wallets, tills, crime scenes and period settings. Most productions order both and dress each scene accordingly.
How many stacks does a scene usually need?
